Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Services

Christmas Eve

Saturday, December 24

 5:00 PM – Sanctuary

The 5 o’clock service brings us all to the manger to celebrate in music and message the story of Christmas. This year, the children’s choirs will present The Colors of Christmas based on the book by Martha Nelson Phifer. An offering of fresh fruit will be received for Union Rescue Mission and Dorcas House, and monetary contributions to the Pastors’ Discretionary Fund will be accepted as well.

7:30 and 11:00 PM – Sanctuary

Candlelight Communion Services

Music provided at 7:30 by the Adult Choir;

Music provided at 11:00 by the Youth Choir

At these services, the Christmas gospel will be proclaimed, the great Christmas carols will be sung, and Holy Communion will be celebrated. Each service will end with our traditional candle-lighting and singing of Silent Night, Holy Night. Please join us for one of these powerful services.

An offering will be received for the Pastors’ Discretionary Fund. This fund provides assistance to those who need help in getting past an emergency in their lives. It is used to help both members of this congregation and non-members.
