From March 23-29, our Senior High students will be going to Chicago, Illinois for a Spring Break Mission Trip. We have a variety of mission work planned for our trip including planning a pizza night event for children who are living at a domestic abuse shelter, working at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, helping with needed maintenance and landscaping and painting at a local Christian camp, working at the Self Help Closet and Food Pantry of Des Plaines, Illinois and more! We plan to participate in a variety of mission projects that will span from “hammer and nails” type projects to more people-oriented projects. Our goal is to be the hands and feet of Jesus to everyone we meet there! Please keep our group in your prayers as we get ready to embark on this opportunity for mission in the “Windy City.”
