Two special opportunities for adults who enjoy “being creative” will be available during the decorating hour during Hanging of the Greens:
Color Pencil Event: Room 61
As coloring books for adults are so popular these days for fun, quiet relaxation and meditation, Susan Downs will be hosting and answering questions about the different colored pencils and blending techniques for participants to enjoy and utilize in their coloring. She will show some of her artwork and briefly demonstrate how easy, fun and relaxing it is to just sit down and color. A sign-up sheet for a future workshop(s) will be available for anyone interested in learning more about the different kinds of pencils and blending techniques used to create amazing works of art.

Adult Ornament Making: Room 60
For those of you who envy the messy, creative fun our children get to have at Hanging of the Greens…we have just what you need! Sarah Burns will lead an ornament-making activity for adults. While you are making ornaments for our tree in the West Entrance you will have the chance for fellowship and making new friends!
