Young Adult Ministry
at Second
Presbyterian Church
seeks to help young
adults connect to
God, each other, the
church, and the
world.
We loosely define
young adults as
those in their 20s
and 30s. We
recognize that
this
age group is
diverse. Young
adults may be
married, single,
divorced, they may
have children or
not, they may be
just starting out in
a career, well
established already,
or trying something
new. In our
diversity there is
also unity in
Christ. Our Church
seeks to help young
adults make meaning
in their lives
through meaningful
connections. From
bible studies to
barbecues, from
Sunday school to
singles gatherings,
from emerging
worship to
e-newsletters, from
couples' dinners to
camp-outs, we want
to help young adults
find ways to share
the fellowship of
this community,
learn, be challenged
and supported, and
grow in faith.
