Youth Ski Trip -
Spring Break '08
Three Sr. High youth and their two fearless adults attended
the "Youth at Presbytery" event at Lyon College on February
15 and 16. The event is designed for older
youth, who are leaders in their churches, to learn about our
Presbyterian polity by attending a meeting of Presbytery.
Youth learn about key issues facing the body, and are asked
to give an advisory vote on these issues before the official
vote is taken by the body. There is also time for fun
and games! Twenty youth attended from around the
Presbytery. Attending from Second (L to R in the
picture) were Shannon Rookey, Christian Huisman, Stewart
Font, Evelyn Coleman, and Britton Varn.

fund the musical in years to come. Last year, over $500 for
future Youth Musicals was generated from purchases of
pictures of Annie Get Your Gun. Thank you!
