Presbyterian Women March Gatherings

Church Women United

“World Day of Prayer” – Friday, March 2 at Westover Hills Presbyterian Church. 9:30 a.m. registration and fellowship, 10:00 a.m. World Day of Prayer Service. The focus of this ecumenical program (written by women in the Republic of Suriname) will be “All God’s Creation Is Very Good!” and will be based on Genesis 1. Universal issues of climate change, natural disasters, pollution, and human abuse of the environment will be explored. Women from Suriname lift up their voices to remind us that we are caretakers of God’s creation. All are invited to join this special celebration as we listen to the multicultural and multi-ethnic people of Suriname. For more information, please contact Mary Ann Foerste, (501) 227-4621 or Emily Hall, (501) 228-2023.

All women are invited to join together for fellowship and work on various mission projects…some of the projects involve sewing (but not all!). There is something for everyone to do!
