Mom’s Book Club
Are you a mom who is covered in lunchboxes, carpools, and crazy schedules? You aren’t alone. Consider joining our Mom’s Book Club. It is a new group so now is the perfect time to join! We will read slowly through a book together to strengthen our faith while helping us parent. Donuts with Dad!
Join us on Sunday, October 7 on the main playground with the kids for a chance to meet and mingle with other dads. Enjoy a donut, some coffee and conversation. We’ll have coffee for moms too in Bible Village while the kids play. Parents of babies are also welcome, bring them along! Childcare will be provided on the playground for those who need it. We will visit from 9:30-10:00 a.m. for those who attended the 8:30 and 9:00 services, and Sunday School, or meet at noon following the 11:00 a.m. service. Just as a reminder, October 7 is World Communion Sunday and our children’s choir will lead worship at the 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. services.
Family Outreach Bingo Night
Join us for Family Bingo Night on October 13, 5:00-7:00 p.m. It will be a night of fun, laughter, and good food! We will have a potluck meal, learn about some of Second Presbyterian’s outreach partners, and try to yell bingo! Plan to bring enough to feed your family plus a few more. Sign up online. Dad’s Night Out Trivia
Attention dads! Come test your knowledge and get to know some of the other dads from church over an evening of team trivia on October 18 at Mellow Mushroom, 16103 Chenal Pkwy, Little Rock.
