What does it mean to be transgender and how does gender identity differ from sexual orientation? Why is it important for a Christian church to offer a welcome to people who are transgender? These are important questions and we will be offering an educational event to help our congregation understand more about issues of gender identity. It will be led by Greg Adams on October 24, 6:00-7:00 p.m. in Second Hall. A light supper will be served in the Great Hall at 5:30 p.m. and childcare will be provided.
