Pastoral Care is partnering with UAMS to bring an educational opportunity to Second Hall on September 20, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Open to the community, the event includes lunch, education, and conversation with a focus on early stages of dementia and new diagnoses. Topics include varieties of dementias, family caregiver needs and expectations, self-care, behaviors and responses, communication, support groups, and more.
