What’s Happening at the Advent Drive-thru?
Sunday, November 22, 2:00-3:30 p.m.
Presbyterian Women will have a booth to collect the Thank Offering, Least Coin, and the Communal Lament project-fabric scraps and stories/prayers.
Adult Education will distribute Sunday School materials and have advent devotionals for pick-up.
Children’s Ministry will be distributing advent-in-a-box and Sunday School packets will be available for preschool and elementary students.
SPY Youth, come get your advent boxes specifically tailored for middle and high schoolers and goodies to keep us connected to each other and the Christmas season.
SPY Alumni/College friends in town, pick up an Advent calendar made just for you, and get your Defining Decade discussion question journal to go along with our current read.
Fellowship is distributing wreaths to the first 200 cars. Come early to get your greens with a special devotional attached.
The Outreach Ministry will be collecting diapers and pull-ups of all sizes for the families living at Our House.
Drop off your pledge card… our Stewardship team will have a booth ready to welcome you.
Pastoral Care and Stephen Ministry will both have booths.
Yard signs that say, “Second Presbyterian Church worships here” will be available for the first 200 cars.
And… Church directories are here and yours is ready to go home with you. One directory per household. Additional printed copies of the contact information only will also be available for those who need an extra copy.
