Second Presbyterian Church, an 1,800 member congregation with a strong commitment to youth ministry, excellent lay involvement and support, and a recently built 7,600 square foot youth building seeks a Summer Youth Ministry Intern with enthusiasm, energy, a passion for working with youth, and a desire to help youth grow in faith through fellowship, discipleship and missional service.
We are looking for someone committed to Jesus Christ, to the church and to helping young people grow in the life of Christian faith. The Summer Youth Ministry Internship is an opportunity for an individual to experience a vibrant, active youth ministry program while in a leadership role, further develop and apply organizational and program planning abilities, and to reflect on his or her own faith and call to ministry.
