Join your church family as we prepare for Advent and Christmas…
Sunday, November 20
5:00 – 7:00 PM
This is a very fun activity where participants get to know one another better as they work side by side in preparing the church for the Advent and Christmas season, as well as working to make the season a little brighter for some of our brothers and sisters in need.
- 5:00 – 5:45 pm dinner in the Great Hall: hot dogs, baked potatoes and fixin’s
- 5:45 – 6:30 pm activities: decorate the church for Advent and Christmas, help with a Christmas Mission project, or work on a Christmas craft
- 6:30 – 7:00 pm closing program and Chrismon tree lighting in the Sanctuary
Activities are planned for children 3 and older, youth, and adults. Childcare is available for infants and younger children. There is no cost for dinner, but it will help us in our planning if you will let us know you are attending. Please register below or by calling the church office, 227-0000. If childcare is needed, please confirm that in your registration.
It takes many hands to organize this event. Special thanks to members of the Outreach, Worship, Belonging, Youth, Children’s, Property, and Fellowship Ministries. We are also grateful to David Beach and Guy Howze, who spend hours helping us to get ready to decorate together!
