Second Presbyterian Church’s celebration of Holy Week, begins Sunday, April 1, with the Palm Sunday services at 8:30, 9:00, and 11:00 a.m. A presentation of Handel’s Messiah parts II/III marks the church’s observation of Maundy Thursday. On Good Friday, a Tenebrae service will be offered at 7 p.m. The week of prayer and reflection culminates in the Easter Sunday celebrations of the resurrection at 8:30, 9:00, and 11:00 a.m.
