You may have heard there were only seven days to creation. At Ferncliff we will explore the idea of an eighth day, our response to God’s creation – our own creativity, our own participation in creation! If you have ever made a cake, a mess, an art project, a blanket fort, or a scrapbook, then you have participated in creation. We will spend time creating with our hearts, our minds, our eyes, our mouths, as well as our hands. Come join us as we create memories together!
Retreat Leader: Sarah Lien Finnerty will lead our group in the weekend’s activities. Sarah is the Director of Children’s Ministries at First Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, North Carolina. She loves theater, art, crafting, singing and time spent with her 6 year old son, Alex.
Cost and Housing
The cost of this retreat covers all your meals (dinner Friday through lunch Sunday), lodging and the program. Housing will be in hotel style rooms with a private bath. Please turn in the form and the deposit of $90 by Sunday, October 28.
