“Why This Jubilee”? Adult Sunday School Class for Advent, December 6, 13, 20, and January 3 in Room 65-66: There is something alluring, even magical, when through music “God imparts to human hearts” the joy of Christmas, of Christ. All are invited to join in a series of Advent reflections on songs and carols of the season. Each week one of our pastors will present the biblical/theological “framework” for the Christmas story, Melinda Raley will present reflections on selected carols, and the class will participate in singing some of our favorite carols. All are invited to come sing with the angels, worship with the shepherds, bow before our Lord Jesus and follow him this Advent in a deeper way.
