Directed by Dr. Bevan Keating, the Adult Choir participates regularly in worship services and prepares several major works each year, both independently and in partnership with other community organizations. Choir rehearsals take place on Wednesdays from 7:15-9:15 p.m.
The Second Presbyterian Church Adult Choir also provides the opportunity to participate in international tours on a biennial basis. Previous tours have included the UK & Ireland; Austria, Germany, & Hungary; and Western Canada.

What
Second Presbyterian Church is currently accepting applications for Alto, Bass-Baritone, and Bass section leaders.
Section leaders are compensated $50 per regular call. Compensation for weddings, funerals, and other special events start at $75.

Auditions are scheduled for Saturday June 10, 2017 beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Details
Applicants will be expected to prepare 3 to 4 works of classical repertoire. Accompanist will be provided.
Contract Dates
Weekly Rehearsals:
Wednesday Evenings 7:15 – 9:15 p.m.
Service Participation:
Sundays: 8:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. services
Special Services: Christmas Eve, Easter, Ash Wednesday, Good Friday
Possible Additional Calls: Weddings, Funerals, other special events. Advance notice will be given.
